Oval-shaped clay roaster

Pereruela clay roasterl with an oval shape ideal for cooking all kinds of meat and fish in the oven or in conventional cooker. It has been made by hand, one by one, cooked in a diesel oven at a temperature of 1000ºC and enameled without lead for food use. We have several sizes available to choose the most suitable one depending on the type of cooker and cooking. After consulting and ordering, we can prepare them in any measure.
The sizes that can be used in conventional ovens are 35 cm and 40 cm. The rest of the sizes would not fit, so make sure to buy the correct size.
