Baked chicken wings

Ingredients needed
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • Potatoes
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika (sweet or spicy, to taste)
  • Thyme and rosemary
  • Salt
Recipe preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
  2. Take your clay roasting pan and place the potatoes and sliced onion on the base.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt and all the spices of your choice. Stir until well marinated.
  4. Place the chicken wings on top of the potato and onion base.
  5. Place the clay roaster in the oven and cook for 45 minutes, until the wings are golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve with a salad or as an accompaniment to white rice, pasta or couscous.
