Baked chicken wings
Ingredients needed
- 1 kg chicken wings
- Potatoes
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Paprika (sweet or spicy, to taste)
- Thyme and rosemary
- Salt
Recipe preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
- Take your clay roasting pan and place the potatoes and sliced onion on the base.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken wings with the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt and all the spices of your choice. Stir until well marinated.
- Place the chicken wings on top of the potato and onion base.
- Place the clay roaster in the oven and cook for 45 minutes, until the wings are golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve with a salad or as an accompaniment to white rice, pasta or couscous.
